Larry Wheaton,
Wheaton Angus Ranch, Nampa, ID passed away on January 4, 2010
after a three year battle with cancer. Larry was born on June 7,
1941 in Mackay, IN. Larry graduated from Purdue University with
a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation he went to work
for Caterpiller Equipment in Peoria, IL where he literally wrote
the book on sales for the company.
In 1983, he moved
his wife and three children to Boise, Idaho and started Richner
& Wheaton Equipment Company. Larry loved golf, Boise State
football and basketball, and his Angus cattle. Larry traveled
extensively and his favorites included, ocean fishing in Canada,
driving to Alaska and traveling to Australia. Larry is survived
by his wife, Kari, sons Scott, Jeff, Andy, and daughters Debbie
& Jennifer.
