A cool December day greeted a good crowd from Oregon and California to witness a solid offering. Twenty-one of the heifers sold went to juniors who lead them out the next day in the Jackpot Calcutta which was won by S Sis Party Girl 650. Seventy-five females were lead out in the California Angus Days Jackpot Show.

A good crowd gathered at a snow covered landscape at 101 Ranch for their 2007 production sale. Strong demand for the quality individuals. The 101 and TLC offering was the strongest in the sale history. Cattle were presented in very good condition. The volume buyers of bulls was Nelson Ranches, Challis, ID while Clear Creek Properties, Twin Falls, ID captured the volume registered female volume honors. The seventy-seven bred commercial heifers offered by Danny Thomason, Jerome, ID and Mike and Brenda Sliman, Gooding, ID topped at $1,235 with twenty-nine head going to Do Little Ranch, Buhl, ID.

The pot of gold drawing was won by Sherry Southern, Malta, ID. The hospitality was again at the usual 101 - TLC high level. Cattle sold to four states. The opportunity to select quality in quantity was available. The weather kept some folks away as roads were bad in southwestern Wyoming and southeastern Idaho. All in all it was a very good event for all involved.
